Does the United States Need Friends?
In recent years there has been a popular belief that the United States should disengage from the world and put its own priorities first. Can the United States really isolate itself from the world and focus on itself while ignoring even countries which have been its historic allies? This project will dive into the issues of isolationism and how isolationist great powers have affected the world in the past.
