Abstract or project description
The student project will investigate the factors contributing to the rise, popularity, and eventual decline of business and social media trends. It will begin by examining the past to understand how technological advancements and societal changes influenced the emergence and growth of these trends. The project will also analyze the relationship between culture, user behavior, and technological innovations to uncover why certain platforms or trends became popular and important in daily life and commerce. Furthermore, the project aims to reveal the key moments or conditions that led to the decline of once-dominant trends by conducting case studies, analyzing data, and interviewing experts (if any are open for interview), the student will provide a comprehensive narrative that explains the lifecycle of significant social media and business trends, offering valuable insights for future digital endeavors.
