Started June 2, 2023

Abstract or project description

The objective of this project is to research and create a publication on the impact of environmental justice and disparities on breast cancer rates in three selected counties in Florida. The project aims to develop an understanding of the environmental factors and social inequities that contribute to these disparities and explore potential solutions. The student has identified key variables from the environments that may have an impact on cancer outcomes. From this publication, the student will create a secondary study using their high school as the experimental group to gauge their understanding of the interconnection of these variables.
