The objective of this research project is to compare the effectiveness and suitability of spaCy and GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) in developing a chatbot that provides insights into unstructured text data. The project aims to evaluate the performance of these tools in tasks such as named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, text classification, and text generation within the context of a chatbot application. By comparing spaCy and GPT within the context of a chatbot application, this research project will provide valuable insights into their capabilities, limitations, and potential for generating insights from unstructured text data. The findings will help researchers and practitioners make informed decisions when choosing between these tools for developing chatbots that provide meaningful insights to users.
