Bio

Hey! I am a mentor of Computer Science. I'm a passionate, Computer Science driven aspiring entrepreneur in the Tech industry. I've finished my Masters in Computer Science from Columbia University and am currently working as an AI/ML Engineer remotely in NYC. My passion bounces between Software Development, AI/ML, CyberSecurity and Entrepreneurship. Currently, I live in NYC. I love talking code, business, food, sports or cryptocurrency. Project ideas

Project ideas are meant to help inspire student thinking about their own project. Students are in the driver seat of their research and are free to use any or none of the ideas shared by their mentors.

Fluffy

Designing a creative mobile application: I love exploring new places, food and experiences! (Especially Italian food) But as a student, its tough to manage expenses. In this project, you will build an entertainment based expenditure management app for students. For simplicity, let's say college students. Your application should ease their mind, expense wise so they can focus on studies. In this project, you will gain skills in critical thinking, team based collaboration, designing creative themes, presenting skills and potentially, high level application development(Android/iOS).

Teaching experience

Currently, I'm a peer tutor at the Columbia Center for Student Advising where I'm teaching Computer Vision and related Computer Science topics to undergrad students at Columbia Engineering School. I've previously mentored Undergrad students in iOS development and tutored numerous other courses to undergrad students through a self-started student organization in my undergrad and have previously volunteered to teach high school students in need of Computer Science education.
