Hello! My name is Victoria Sander and my Polygence project is on the incidence rate of breast cancer among women in Nairobi, Kenya. This project is a program implementation plan, along with a research paper, that will address the incidence rate of breast cancer among women in Nairobi, Kenya, and highlight strategies to reduce this rate. The main goals of this project are to spread awareness to people through creating an education plan and also creating support groups that will encourage more screening, prevention, and treatment measures. This will be done through an education program that emphasizes awareness and nutritional guidance.

Abstract or project description

This project is a program implementation plan that will address the incidence rate of breast cancer among women in Nairobi, Kenya, and highlight strategies to reduce this rate. The main goals of this project is to spread awareness to people through creating an education plan and also create support groups that will encourage more screening, prevention, and treatment measures, ultimately providing more access to screenings. This will be done through an education program that emphasizes awareness and nutritional guidance. The health objective of this program is to reduce the incidence of breast cancer among women aged 40-49 in Nairobi, Kenya by 20% within 3 years of program implementation.
