Abstract or project description

  1. Research question Do tumor–microglia cell–cell communication networks differ between pontine and thalamic H3K27M-mutant diffuse midline gliomas (DMGs) in public scRNA-seq data?

  2. Hypothesis (directional) H1: At least one ligand–receptor (L-R) pair in the malignant → microglia direction has a different per-sample communication probability between pontine and thalamic H3K27M DMG samples.

H0: No L-R pair differs between locations after multiple-testing correction.
