Abstract or project description

Anxiety is an emotional mental disorder, it’s feelings of worry or fear that affect the daily lives of people who experience it. Anxiety is a disorder with a lot of variety, and affects many bodily sensations. One of the factors that is related to anxiety is interoception, the sensing of what is going on in your body. There is a broad amount of literature on the connection of interoception and anxiety. In this project, we will be summarizing how anxiety disorders contribute to interoceptive sensibility, and how sensation and anxiety are related.
