Abstract or project description

This discussion focuses on the global challenges in training anesthesia providers, with particular attention to low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). Despite the growing demand for surgical and anesthesia services worldwide, LMICs continue to face significant barriers in building a well-trained anesthesia workforce. Common challenges include limited access to educational resources, lack of qualified faculty, inadequate infrastructure, and insufficient government funding. This also includes resources as well.
