Abstract or project description
I will be submitting a paper to a high school review journal. This review research paper will focus on how gene therapies could be used for the treatment of depression. The paper will be talking about the genetics of depression, CRISPR and gene therapies, the ethics of using CRISPR and the challenges gene therapies present specifically in the brain.
