Dysregulation of the circadian clock is linked to Alzheimer's disease

Abstract or project description
Disruptions in sleep are tightly linked to Alzheimer's disease (AD) onset and progression. Circadian mechanisms control the physiological time of day appropriate for sleep/wake and disruptions in these mechanisms may contribute to AD outcomes. We would like to understand how these mechanisms contribute to Alzheimer's disease.
