Abstract or project description

The Afghanistan Crisis is one of the world’s most multifaceted issues that has posed significant threats to the economy and the political standing of Afghanistan. More specifically, the lack of freedom has caused citizens to grow politically unstable and isolated. Furthermore, the erosion of foreign relations for international aid and assets has led to the collapse of the economy and growing poverty rates. Additionally, the Taliban’s insecure regime has caused the oppression of basic human rights for women and minorities. As such, this project will analyze why the Afghanistan Crisis persists today and the consequences it poses on the lives of civilians and the international community. PLACE FINDINGS HERE. By examining the complex history of the nation, this project highlights the instabilities in Afghanistan's political and economic systems.
