Started Apr. 9, 2021

Abstract or project description

TogaTech Core is an open-source framework for rapidly and easily building end-to-end encrypted, privacy centric, and interoperable applications. The framework utilizes a cryptography library (tEnvoy), authentication layer (TogaTech Auth), SDK, WebSockets backend, and flexible data storage mechanic (TogaTech Capsules). The first major application built on top of TogaTech Core is TogaTech Spark, a fun, feature-rich, and end-to-end encrypted collaborative chat platform. All messages are encrypted using ephemeral keys and verified with digital signatures for added security. Users can create direct or group chats but can go beyond by using organized spaces with channels, threads, reactions, typing status, profiles, and more.
