Abstract or project description
This article examines recent decisions made by the Supreme Court and the surrounding controversies about potential political bias. It also delves into the change in public perception of the Supreme Court, ie. change in trust, validity, etc. It then goes into how valid this perception may be in comparison to the truth of the happenings in the Supreme Court. This article also discusses the uproar from the Democratic party regarding the more conservative decisions made recently. This article further evolves into the Supreme Court’s assessment of this change in perception and whether or not it would prove as a detrimental issue.
