Abstract or project description

Inika will write a research paper on alternative treatment methods to treating anxiety and depression. She will consider how things such as exercise, yoga, nutrition, CBT, supplements, and sleep contribute to positive mental health in teens. Inika will also present her findings at the Polygence Symposium which is an excellent way to showcase research.
