About
Hello! My name is Ikya Muppuri and my project is on exploring the treatments of Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria. I chose to work on this project because my grandmother struggles with this skin condition and she has been my role model for my entire life. So, I want to do something that will contribute towards helping her and other patients with CSU. After finishing this project, I want to publish a paper to reach and educate a broader audience.Projects

Treatments and causes of chronic spontaneous urticaria

Abstract or project description
I would do a project on chronic spontaneous urticaria. I would talk about its causes, symptoms of patients, mechanisms, how it affects their daily life, classifications of the disease-causing factors, and treatments.. I would additionally want to write a research paper to spread my knowledge to a broader audience. I would talk about my grandmother’s story and how she has been affected by it for decades in these presentations (at library and Symposium if allowed). I would like to aim for the publications to be done in the next few months.
