Abstract or project description

I am doing a project focused on the experiences of adolescents across the globe with regards to their mental health and various mental health conditions (e.g. depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, etc). I aim to attain data in two types of ways: via an anonymous survey that can be completed by anyone, and personal interviews, whether face to face (on zoom) or via email. At the end of my Polygence journey, I will have collected data about the personal life and history of many adolescents from around the world, their personal experiences with the pandemic, and how their mental health has been affected by it. I will also have personalized stories from 6 to 7 teenagers from different parts of the world. I plan to publish blog articles using wix.com to display the various experiences of adolescents during this pandemic. In addition, I will have side blogs that report on the data I have attained from the survey. Essentially, I hope to create a space for teenagers to connect, listen to, and share their own stories, as well as use this common resource to help educate and learn about mental health during the pandemic within this specific age demographic.
