Abstract or project description
Grant will also write a paragraph, but here is the basic outline for the research article:
Introduction
Categories of Wild Type OVs -table: table listing many viruses
Challenges for Wild Type OVs -safety (attenuation) -efficacy -AEs -Figure: virus split in half, one half shows safety challenges, other shows efficacy challenges
Wild Types OVs affecting the TME -cell types (pro tumor immune cells, anti tumor immune cells, fibroblasts, endothelial cells)
Figure: visual of the TME and how each cell type is affected by OVs Combination Therapy: -ICIs -chemo -radiation -other immunotherapies (CARs, BITEs) -Targeted therapy/ small molecule inhibitors -table of clinical trials regarding these combinations (clinicaltrial.gov) -figure demonstrating how a interesting combination works
