Context: 1 in 10 autistic people have some form of savant syndrome. There is no definitive explanation for why it occurs because there are many different skills and types of savants. Methods/Approach:In this paper I will analyze current research and determine which theory is the most stable across all the differences between savants. Results: Conclusions:
