The effect of a national stance on reproductive rights on the protection of child rights

Abstract or project description
The project is an academic-style research paper. The article examines how a country's stance on women's reproductive rights may influence child protection laws. In the literature, most works look at either international child laws or countries' reproductive laws. This project will try to bridge the two topics by looking at domestic policies and how they coincide with international regulations. The project will use a binary coding scheme and case studies to highlight the context that these laws take place.
