Abstract or project description
Bhavik is working on a project to predict disulfide bond placement in protein structure. He is using PyRosetta, the premier protein folding software, to get started. After, he will be applying PyRosetta to PDB files of his choice for prediction. He will also hopefully get to use machine learning to optimize the disulfide bond location prediction.
