Abstract or project description
We will be looking at how confidence in math/math anxiety is impacted by either scaffolding or type of feedback they receive. The research question guiding us will either be: How does positive reinforcement feedback vs corrective feedback impact math confidence in 3rd - 5th grade students? OR How does the use of scaffolding (beginning with easier math problems and gradually increasing difficulty) compared to starting with more difficult problems, affect students' confidence in mathematics?
