The brain's dance: neurobiological implication of the brain during Odissi Dance

Started Dec. 6, 2020

Abstract or project description

How Dance is coded in the brain? Which are the mechanisms at the base of it? How the emotions feeled during dancing are encoded in our brain circuitry? The brain does not only regulate and control the motor activity during dancing, but it found its roots into something deeper, it encode the emotions that each of us feel and express while dancing. This project aims to unrevel the relation between brains and emotions during the dancing process.
