Abstract or project description
This project is about the psychological factors that influence high school sports performance. In this project, I will demonstrate how young high school athletes deal with struggles during competitions and performances and how there are some solutions to the problems. This project will show my experience as a youth athlete, motivation, anxiety management, sports psychology routines, sports anthropology, and the comparison between each domain. I will research about how sport all these factors play a big role in youth high school athletes and how people can support them. This project will help explain and show how sports psychology can play a big role in the athlete's performance.

In this project, I will ask how cells are affected when your body is aging. What is epigenetics, and how does your body recognize problems? How do diet and exercise help your cells? I will write an article and include some pictures.
