Abstract or project description

Elarys has a lot of experience in the business world working with his father and his businesses. Those businesses are established. The goal for my student is to show the steps for turning an idea into a startup business using really critical business techniques. These techniques include leadership and scaling a business, getting to product-market-fit, and understanding the micro- and macro-economic impacts of building a startup. This is as much a tutorial as it is a blueprint for putting an entrepreneur in the best possible data-driven and customer-focused space to be successful.
