How can a beauty brand safely manufacture and market products targeted towards a younger audience (Gen Z and Gen Alpha)?

Project's result

I made a methodology document, a mock campaign, and an infographic to show my findings of my research.

They started it from zero. Are you ready to level up with us?

Summary

This project will consist of an assessment of different beauty brands’ marketing and products specifically about how transparent they are with their younger customers about ingredients, target audience, and more. Research will include compiling a list of relevant beauty brands that are used by younger consumers (Gen Z and Gen Alpha) and assessing these brands against a set of parameters to determine whether they are safely and responsibly catering to this audience. The outcome of this research will be: 1) A methodology that describes the assessment parameters in the form of an assessment rubric, 2) An infographic that provides an overview of what a responsible beauty brand should do to meet the needs of a younger audience, and 3) a "mock ad campaign" that clearly and appropriately describes who the product is for, with age-appropriate branding.
