Bio
Hello! I've been teaching and learning my entire life! I have taught Computer Science topics for almost 30 years. My areas of teaching and research have focused recently on iOS and Android app development. I've worked with students of all experience levels to get their apps published! Currently, I teach remotely - my 5 dachshunds approve as they are getting WAY too much attention. I've worked with middle school students all the way through grad students. I love helping students find that passion in programming and developing their skills!Project ideas
Project ideas are meant to help inspire student thinking about their own project. Students are in the driver seat of their research and are free to use any or none of the ideas shared by their mentors.
Preserving History through Apps
Dozens of black-owned businesses in Tulsa's Greenwood District were impacted by the race massacre of 1921. Many of these have been forgotten in the last 100 years. Can we help preserve history and promote revitalization through a directory of these lost businesses?
