Bio
I am a corporate attorney working at a large law firm. My clients include early stage to late stage startups, private companies as well as public companies. I advise my startup clients on formation of their companies as well as fundraising for capital investments. I also advise other private and public companies, as well as private equity and venture capital funds, on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. I would be happy to help anyone interested in entrepreneurship or business law! When I am not busy practicing as a lawyer, I am usually doing something outdoors (love a good hike) or snuggled up on the couch watching movies.Project ideas
