Greetings, I am CJ Baroni, and my academic interests span a broad spectrum. My initial pursuit in college revolved around courses tailored for medical school, driven by my ambition to become an oral surgeon. Following a two-year immersion in oral surgery internships, I made a pivotal decision to redirect my trajectory toward Real Estate Finance and Business. Presently, I am actively engaged in this realm of the workforce and I could not be happier. Given my multifaceted background, I have accrued a wealth of knowledge and experiences that I am eager to share in an educational capacity. Understanding the Future of Real Estate

The real estate industry is constantly changing. Real estate will always have a positive impact in the world with evolving high-tech software and increasing demand in jobs. Since this industry is wide-spread, there is much to offer while learning about a unique field of work. The knowledge and skills you will learn from this project is invaluable while crating an essay, research paper, presentation, and more.

Rising Ocean Levels due to Climate Change

Global warming is causing global mean sea level to rise in two ways. First, glaciers and ice sheets worldwide are melting and adding water to the ocean. Second, the volume of the ocean is expanding as the water warms. The negative effects are coastlines will retreat, destabilizing coastal ecosystems, contamination of groundwater, coastal flooding, and much more. This project will allow to learn more about the global ecosystem and create a project of the student's desire to understand how the world is battling climate change.

Teaching experience

During the span of my academic journey, I have actively engaged as a peer tutor across diverse subjects including Biology, Economics, Real Estate, and Business, among others. My commitment to excellence in this role led me to achieve top-tier status as a peer tutor for multiple consecutive years. Furthermore, I hold the distinction of being a Trained Mentor accredited by the Mentor Collective. My dedication to fostering valuable connections and promoting academic triumph prompted my selection to participate in the mentorship committee. In this capacity, I have been entrusted with the responsibility of guiding first-year students at Bucknell University towards achievement and assisting them in exploring potential career trajectories through meaningful relationships. The prospect of imparting my knowledge is a source of immense enthusiasm, and I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to contribute positively to the learning journey.
