Shahrukh received his BA from Johns Hopkins University. He holds two separate MBA degrees from Columbia University and London Business School. Shahrukh has published research papers and is a former editor with a passion for telling stories and years of experience writing, public speaking, and editing others' work. He is a father of two and resides with his beautiful wife between Toronto & Boca Raton, Florida. He has over fifteen years of experience in strategic leadership roles that include building cross-functional teams, investment management, execution of complex global programs and JV partnerships. Shahrukh was born in Montréal and has lived in the USA, Canada, UK, France, China & Thailand, plus being a keen traveler visited 68 countries for work and leisure. Leadership and Organization Change - Entrepreneurship - Managing International Cross-Cultural Large Teams
In this project, you will write a business plan on a topic of your choice. Topics could range from anywhere within your entrepreneurship interests. We will have a 2, 5, & 7 year working strategy to grow, recruit, and expand. In this project you will gain skills in identifying key aspects to starting your own business. Plus form a broader perspective through my experience and learn more about effectively managing large teams from different regions of the world. Streamline processes where raw material, production, R&D, marketing & sales are happening in different countries. We will understand the inner dynamics and strategy of team building and motivation triggers.
